Bright sunny apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Shower has some mold around the bottom. I tried to clean it but was unsuccessful. Otherwise it was clean and well kept.

The location was good. A bit far from the train than my usual accommodation.

Need to explain the rubbish bin disposal a little better. The card for this was in a drawer & we had to ask a local resident how to open the bins with the card access. I could not get the vacuum cleaner to work - I would have liked to have tied more when we left so just swept with the broom.

Lovely apartment, great location by a park within the walls. Time spent in Lucca is always a pleasure

The property was good. It was modern, but it had large French windows and a green view.

The staff person gave me the wrong door code. When I wrote to tell him the code didn’t work, I didn’t get an answer. Fortunately, some other guests helped me.

The apartment was within the Lucca walls which a provided an excellent place to explore the city. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They offered us an extensive list of preferred restaurants, wineries, and activities nearby, even offering to make reservations for us! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stoked with everything you needed. We absolutely stay here again!

Our only regret was not staying longer!

We were enrolled in the Lucca Italian School so the location couldn't have been better! We also loved the view of the plaza area and hills in the distance ~ a perfect setting The dining room and living room were a comfortable setting.

The floor noise from the unit above was a distraction at night. Footsteps and what sounded like chairs moving (perhaps from a table). Apparently it was unusual but a problem over the master bedroom regardless. We liked the kitchen but the pots and pans could certainly be organized more carefully. They were all in one big deep drawer in a random, somewhat chaotic manner.

The location was great and apartment was lovely with a nice view. It was pleasant and bright. Very comfortable.

Drain in bath sink slow to drain. Shower doors don’t close properly. Couldn’t figure out the grill in microwave.

Location was perfect, very beautiful and cosy. Nicely clean. Definitely would return. Suitable for families and group of friends.
