L'accoglienza e l'estrema cordialità dei gestori è ciò che più di tutto ci ha conquistato. Casa San Marco gode di una buona posizione, tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile da e per il centro di Lucca, ma può essere un buon punto anche per raggiungere altre mete come Pisa o Firenze. Le stanze sono semplici e accoglienti, dotate di quanto serve per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e riposato.

Apartamentul a fost foarte primitor si curat, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie si spatios, iar personalul foarte primitor si atent.

Din pacate sunt cateva lucruri care trebuie imbunatatite, insa am fost instiintat de catre personalul ca o sa le remedieze. Dusul era infundat si usile scartaie foarte tare si deranjeaza noaptea
