We visited chessington zoo, this place was 2 miles away which was very close and more than convenient. The shop was below us which was very handy if we needed anything.

There was a huge breeze coming from the window in the bedroom and the beds was not comfortable which lead me and my partner to not have much sleep.

It was an easy place to find, in a quiet location. It was a short walk to Epsom town centre where there are lots of restaurants, shops etc. There was a cost cutter in front of the accomodation and a coffee shop and pub next door, but it wasn't noisy. The rental company answered any questions promptly via email. Checking in instructions were clear.The kitchen looked quite new was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was powerful. The towels were large and fluffy.

The decor needs refreshing. The carpets had lots of stains and there were scuff marks to the walls. The shower column that the shower head clips in to wobbled and we were nervous that we would cause it to fall off and the blind in the master bedroom didn't go up and down by pulling the cords. I'm personally not keen on the high glass table with high bar stools, I would prefer an ordinary table and chairs. The apartment is duplex so stairs inside and to get to it so not suitable for those with mobility issues. With a lick of paint and a carpet clean this would be a lovely place
