Downtown in Parma

It is a very functional place, clean easy to find, pretty quiet with cleaning facilities, and cooking facilities. Bed is comfortable, several sofas available. You will not see Antonio but he is very responsive for any inquiry. I stayed for 4 nights and there were nice. Food available everywhere around for those who wish to cook, which can be done. For coffee drinker there is a lavazza machine and capsules.

Nothing to really complain about. You can cook,. If you want to iron there is no ironing board, and the iron is very minimal (no steam). Neighbours can be clearly heard. And you are not in the center, though it is within walking distance. An electric kettle would be a plus for tea lover.

Really friendly and helpful owner, super easy check-in. Has everything you need for a nice city trip with a well equipped kitchen and the sofa bed was comfortable too. Great location, about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center.

Very helpful host, clean and not far from city centre.

The only plus is the silence and the fact that you can set the temperature in the facility yourself.

Zero contact with the owner except for information on how to get to the apartment and how much tax to pay. Voice questions in English are answered by voice in Italian (I don't speak Italian). The apartment has a specific smell - in my opinion it stinks. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there was not even a coffee capsule for the espresso machine. The impression is very gloomy.I didn't feel safe in the area, a lot of groups of men in the evening - like in movies about gangster neighborhoods.

Very pleased with everything! Great internet speed. The elevator works very well and the apartment was clean and cozy, just as in the pictures. The owner is very friendly and flexible. Great location in the historical city center.
