The apartment itself is fine. Easy to find and close to the main city, nice apartment and reasonable price, availability of service providers, speed of their responses

The most important thing is the confidence of the hosted in the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. Unfortunately, the stain on the sofa and the slight dog smell put doubts. My colleague slept very badly because of this.

Nice owner, he enables me to change my booking and it was a kind effort as he was not obliged. Good location

The views are nice.

The owner's 70kg guard dog was extremely scary and potentially dangerous, especially since the fence was short enough for it to jump over. He would bark at us going in and out constantly and I was even stuck at the door once because the dog could not be controlled.
