Sehr geräumig und sauber

Sehr kurzer Fußweg zur Zeche Zollverein und zu einem Supermarkt. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Der Straßenlärm und der Essensgeruch durch das Schnellrestaurant unter der Wohnung. Lüften der Wohnung am Tag nicht möglich. Einrichtung ziemlich einfach und improvisiert.

Lage extrem laut wg Autos und Strassenbahn Monteurswohnung

Locatie was het grootste pluspunt. Recht tegenover de Zeche Zollverein waar het festival was.

De douche was matig met een douchegordijn en nare geur. Doordat het appartement aan de weg ligt hoor je veel verkeer. Maar dat is acceptabel omdat we dicht bij het evenement wilden verblijven.

Location was okay.

If i could give no stars I absolutely would. The property states it has amenities that it doesn't. Missing is :- Hair dryer, toiletries, towels, heating, tea making facilities. Only one hob on the cooker works. There are lots of flying midges in the bathroom. The bathroom smells very musty and mouldy. The whole place is not very clean at all. Alot of things do not work. I contacted the property owner asking for towels. I texted 4 times and rang several times. I was told towels would be brought so I could shower but none have been given. The bed squeeks so badly that it awakes you in the night if you move in your sleep. I feel that the description on this property most certainly needs updating. I would not recommend booking this property. Especially in winter. Turning up to a dirty apartment that is absolutely freezing is bad enough but then to find out that in fact there is absolutely no heating at all just made it a very cold and uncomfortable stay. No towels are provided so after sleeping in a dirty bed you have absolutely no way of washing yourself. Complaining you to property owner and to Booking.com.com will not get you anywhere either. They will both ignore you. After demanding to speak with someone at Booking.com to make an official complaint I was also told it is acceptable for the property owner to lie and not provide what is listed and just get away with it without any form of compensation. Cleaning compensation should have been rewarded here and also compensation for being obstructed for washing during our stay and the fact we froze to death due to no heating in December!! Absolutely terrible. Oh and don't think about being able to cook here as the cooker does not work and only one hob on the cooker top partially works!
