Alle Kontakte (Booking.com und vor Ort waren außerordentlich freundlich !!! und unkompliziert. Großes Lob !!! Da wir Eutin gut kennen, war die Schlüsselübergabe im Brauhaus für uns kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und nett möbliert und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Eutiner See (und zum Marktplatz/Bluesfestival) und der Blick auf den Seepark ist sehr schön ( - den regen Verkehr um das Haus herum - tagsüber - muss man dabei allerdings akzeptieren.) Küchengeräte, schöne Gläser und Geschirr (fast) alle vorhanden (inkl. Waschmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine,...). Kleines Set für Waschmaschine, Handspüle und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Insgesamt ein freundliche und nette Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Fernsehapparat lässt sich wegen außergewöhnlicher Technik trotz längerem Ausprobieren nicht auf normale Programme (ARD, ZDF, ... ) einstellen :-( . (War für uns nicht so tragisch, weil wir viel unterwegs waren, Nachrichten hätten wir jedoch gerne mal gesehen). Im 2. Schlafzimmer fehlt eine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung für die Nacht. Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. zur Ergänzung der guten und vorhandenen Küchentechnik: Tischdecke oder Sets für den Glastisch (oder auch für den Balkontisch) (beim Frühstück, Essen, ..) Handrührgerät, Eierbecher, Blumenvase als Ergänzung . (Eine Espresso- (Siebträger-) Maschine wäre seeehr schön (dann müssen wir unsere nicht extra mitbringen :-)) wenn wir gerne wieder kommen )

Das Haus liegt toll und hat Stil. Nicht irgendeine gesichtslose Fewo, sondern ein ganzes Stockwerk in einem stilvollen Haus direkt am Park bzw. See.

Die Küche hat kleinere Nachteile und die Bäder sind baujahrbedingt nicht unbedingt luxuriös.
