Excellent location and the apartment is spotlessly clean The view from the balcony is breathtaking Large and spacious ski room Very convenient laundry room The kitchen is efficiently equipped, we didn't lack for anything. The apartment is bright, spacious and very pleasant

The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The parking is across the road, without a crosswalk and it is not convenient with small children. The coffee machine is stuttering.

The location of the apartment is excellent. It's next to the town's main road, but it's not noisy at all. Staying in the living room and seeing the rolling mountains on the other side of the town is refreshing. It only takes fifteen minutes to walk from the residence to the center of Flims town, and it is faster to take the bus. The room facilities are perfect. The sofa in the living room is big enough and very comfortable. The landlord kindly provided a lot of board games so that we would not be bored even at night. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, range hood, oven, and full-size refrigerator. We enjoy the process of cooking as a family every day. The wardrobe space in the bedroom is quite large, and everyone's clothes can be put in it. The mattress was just the right firmness and as comfortable as at home. I love the bike room and ski room provided in the building where the apartment is located, especially the ski boot dryer in the ski room. Last but not least, our communication with the host was super smooth. Thank you so much.

I know it wasn't intentional, but for an apartment at this price point, the landlord could have been more generous with some details. Examples: On the first night of our stay, we found a 17-liter garbage bag in the 35-liter bin. The shower head was so cheap that I thought I was staying in a youth hostel while I was showering. The wifi signal needs to be strengthened. The TV in the living room didn't support screencasting from our phone, so we couldn't watch our favorite movies. In any case, the above cons are minor issues and they don't stop us from coming back.

A great modern and well maintained apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. For our family (3x adults, 2 kids) it was an amazing stay. The place is very rationally organised, the host are great and keep the place well equipped. For kids (9 years old) there are a lot of potential activities around (Caumasee, Sports center, various hikes with playgrounds on the way...etc.) even if the weather turns bad there are indoor alternatives around. We definitely consider coming back.

There is only one issue: the internet connection was not very stable and strong, not good for business conference calls (e.g. Teams & Co.) But its a small point.

The location is super convenient, very comfortable space and very well equipped kitchen. Beds are super comfortable and it was impeccably clean. We didn’t miss anything, main essentials were there, ie coffee 🙏 . Love that the ski room is right opposite the apartment, makes it so easy to get in and out. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. And walking path to Caumersee is around the corner. The cherry on the Sunday is the fireplace and the view… so peaceful for a zen weekend or having friends for dinner!

Beautiful, practical, clean and spacious apartment in a fabulous Flims Waldhaus location. Fantastic mountain view. Our family stayed in the summertime for two weeks with four adults and four children from 3-10 years old. This was our second stay at this property in five years. Will book again! Convenient (less than five minute) walk to local grocery store, restaurants, bus stop (free local shuttle comes twice hourly in the summertime - get the free Flims Guestcard from the Flims tourist office!) , and a short walk to young family-oriented attractions for summer time (Waldhaus Spielplatz, Connbachli, Caumasee, Sportzentrum). No need to have a car at this location - we arrived via bus from Chur and never even thought about renting a vehicle during our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped for young family needs (even has some games, plastic plates/bowls/cups, child bedding). Superior storage shelves/cubbies/cabinets to organize and put away one's personal items. Great seating in the living room with large sectional couch and chairs. Elevator if you have a stroller. Excellent shared laundry facilities in the basement of the building. Fantastic Wi-fi. Super-friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. We communicated several times: 1. Prior to our stay - with some specific questions, and received very useful suggestions/advice 2. At check-in during our stay - on a minor issue immediately after check-in, which issue the hosts addressed and resolved instantly!!! 3. Following our stay - on an issue in which we were the ones who had inadvertently caused some minor damage to a small appliance, which issue the hosts addressed graciously. Hosts were consistently a true pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to our next stay at Casa Fluras in another few years!!!

Balcony door mechanism is such that it is impossible to fully close the balcony doors from outside on the balcony. The balcony doors can only be fully closed from inside the apartment. Not a big deal, but this would make the apartment near 100% perfect in my mind:)
