It is a very nice apartment with all necessary facilities.

It is on the first floor but the staff helped us carry our bag and it was very nice of them to do so.

I love this property. It’s my second time staying here. It’s super convenient and cozy. I love the location and how easy it is to check in and settle in. I would totally come back again!

I don’t have any complaints. It’s always nice to have a washing machine when traveling. But for staying just a couple nights, I didn’t mind that we did not have one.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious and clean apartment in an unbelievably good location in the centre of Flam. Views from the balcony were breathtaking and it was remarkably quiet considering the location above the gift shop. Check in was efficient and staff were always available and helpful.

There was no tea, coffee or milk provided. As we were self catering some cooking oil and dishwashing cloths would have been appreciated , and the two dishwasher tablets for a 3 day stay felt a little stingy. The salt and hand soap had also run out.

Flåm is beautiful and the hotel is at the very center of the town. It’s a perfect location.
