The instructions were spot on. The flat is warm,quiet,spacious,well equipped and ideally located for a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Fowey. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely apartment in an excellent location in Fowey. Perfect for a couple of days' stay. It may not have had river views, but it was quiet, well equipped, comfortable and keenly priced.

It would have been nice if the heating could have been put on (even on low) before we arrived. It took a while to get the place up to a comfortable temperature. It really wasn't an issue though. We were very happy!

Clean, well decorated apartment, comfy sofa, comfortable firm mattress, nice and warm for our winter visit. Easy to get in, and hosts were very responsive. Useful book of local walks. Fantastic Italian deli/cafe next door.

Communal area was quite small (less of an issue in the summer, when outside area can be used). For me personally, the pillows were very plump/too firm. As we like to cook for ourselves, especially on a winter visit, the kitchen could have been better equipped. Only one very small chopping/bread board, no tin opener and couldn't find any oven gloves. Disappointing that there were no recycling facilities in the buidling.
