Stay At RichmondHill

ゴール駅から徒歩10~15分で旧市街にも徒歩で行ける距離。大きなスーパーも駅やホテル寄りの所に有り便利です。このスーパーには氷も売ってます。 部屋はとても広くリビング、ダイニングと寝室2部屋。寝室は共にエアコン付きで一部屋は室内にシャワートイレ有り。 両シャワーともハンドシャワーからはお湯が出ます。 キッチンにはミニ冷凍付き冷蔵庫があり、レンジも有ります。食器類も揃っているのでスーパーで食料を買ってホテルでゆっくり食べれます。 オーナーさんとは顔を合わせる事は有りませんがwhat's up でやり取りが出来、事前情報から分からない事迄親切に教えてくれます。 私達の荷物預かり等の相談にも心よく乗ってくれました。 この立地と広さと快適さでこのお値段なら満足でした！！自分達の手違いで1泊しか出来ませんでしたが、もっとゆっくり宿泊したかったです。

近くに同じ名前の有名な大きな団地が有る様でピックミーを使ってトゥクトゥク等で帰る時にでさえ、ドライバーが間違えて向かう事が有りました。GoogleMapやタクシーアプリのナビを見て現在地を確認しながら向かう事をお勧めします。

We liked the independent entrance and having the whole second floor to ourselves. We also liked that it had a washing machine, which was very handy after 3 weeks of traveling.

Very strong smell of mothballs! So strong that all our clothes and suitcase smelled like mothballs for the rest of our trip following the stay in Richmond Hill. The fridge and the kitchen could have been better cleaned. While close to Galle fort- it is not a pleasant walk- no footpaths, crazy traffic etc. it is better to order tuk tuk. No food options at/ near the property. Host is polite, but not the friendliest.

Very clean and worth the price

The place is wonderful for a group of 4 people. The hosts are amazing. The location is a 10-minute walk from the Galle Fort. This place comes with a fully functional kitchen so that the guests can cook their own meals if they are not comfortable with the local spicey foods. Overall it's a highly recommended place.

This apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The large covered balcony was great for when the weather was bad and we had to stay in. The kitchen is equipped with basics, good for breakfast, light lunch or dinner. The beds are firm. The internet was slow during peak times and may not be good if you were planning working online. Galle Fort is only 20 min walk and there are some pretty little beaches within walking distance to have fish and watch the sunset. Thanks to Hisan and his family for a wonderful experience.

We got the full second floor. The place was clean. The hosts were accommodating. AC in both rooms.

It’s about a 1.2km walk to the Fort and the shopping/touristy area. Not exactly close but a great base to visit Galle.
