Clean, nice pool, enough space for 4

Not enough mirrors! No mirrors in the bedrooms and only one in the bathroom. Not great when you have teenage daughters trying to get ready.

A beautiful place to stay it was perfect for our family, a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. A shop close by for essentials.

Fabulous apartment , luxury . Comfy beds great living area & balcony . So much space to relax in. Tv had Netflix . Pool was great so quiet & peaceful Loved it .

When we arrived the apartment smelled so clean. Everything is very new and looks great. You are provided with 2 toilet rolls, a few packets of shampoo/toiletries, and a kitchen set which included washing up liquid sachet, dishwashing tablet and tea towel. We had an issue with the AC, and within a few hours someone came out to check it for us, and then it was fine. Pool had some rules - no inflatables or balls. People ignored the ball rule, but there were no inflatables at all. Also the pool closed between 1-3. We noticed that some people still went in during this time. So we followed suit; no one was there to check. You also had to carry the sun loungers down to the pool and you couldn’t leave them. It was a bit of a pain but wouldn’t let that put me off the place. The apartments were so peaceful and the kids enjoyed having the pool to themselves at times, although it was busier the weekend before we left. We were 0.5 mile walk down into Garda, this was an easy walk for an 8 and 10 year old. Lots of restaurants on the lakeside. We love pizza jolly which is on the walk down to Garda we went 3 times. La famila supermarket is the best one near, it’s a 6 minute drive. We wish we’d found this sooner than our second last day! The ferry was expensive in my opinion and as we had the car we mostly drove. Roads were find and parking was fine. However we are early risers so usually got to places around 9/30 am.

The pool rules.

Upon arrival at the apartment, we could find that the children's room was dirty with dust on the floor. There was also hair from a former resident in the toilet. It was a minor detail that we could live with. But when the air conditioning didn't work on the 4th day and the permanent residents started complaining that there was too much noise from the pool area and took pictures of the children playing and having fun there, I think there is some reconciliation missing. The landlord tried to repair the air conditioning, and it succeeded for a few hours. We couldn't manage to complain about it again. So in the apartment it was between 28 and 30 degrees day and night. No one can be satisfied with that. The resort is not friendly to young people and there are too many rules in the pool area, which is the only asset of this resort. You will need to inform that the resort is for families who want a quiet holiday. Apartment31 has promised us a compensation for the shortcomings. So we are awaiting further information about that. Location, green all around, walking distance from the lake and main area, pool, super organized facility

Apartment comes with too basic stuff such as soap, toilet paper etc

Location was excellent, and response time to queries was very fast. The development was very peaceful, and really well managed.

The air conditioning temperature display flashed constantly in both bedrooms during the night which sometimes interrupted sleep.

Beautiful, clean well appointed property in a great location. Wonderful pool, never busy. Great parking under cover.

Not much !! Minor niggle was no mugs for British tea. :-)
