Great location for exploring the city, confortable and clean, well furnished and decorated. Staff welcoming and very responsive.

Just some little things to adjust .. adding a dehumidifier and maybe another wine glass?! ☺️ rest was perfect

The old classy building is amazing, the apartment is cozy, super stylish with a mix of old and industrial style, very spacious and super comfortable. The location right in the hearth of the old town! The host make you feel at home. Highly recommended!!!

Nothing, everything’s perfect!

. Great location, easily accessible . Spacious, well-lit apartment, with all the basics you may need . Very comfortable bed . Good communication with management team

Five flights (63) of stairs - completely unexpected; nothing is mentioned in the description about stairs or even on which floor the apartment is located (I would have chosen a property on a lower floor) . The bathroom wall needs to be re-plastered and painted behind the toilet . The shower has no door - just a half-wall, so it's cold, and there was no hot water - just lukewarm showers . The apartment description has a couple of basic mistakes: . There are no city views: It is the back of residential buildings . There is no balcony - there is a space next to the air conditioning unit with a table and two chairs. Very tiny, barely any room to squeeze out of the door. Neither of these last two mattered to me whatsoever, but should not be described as such in the listing. The biggest item with which I took issue were the five flights of stairs. Otherwise, the location, spaciousness and comfort of the apartment balanced that out!

Great location, very central. The loft was perfect and spacious. It was a bit noisy, as expected for a central location on a Thursday night, but nothing that kept me from sleeping. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host kindly offered to store bags.

Spacious and modern

Ideal location for bars and restaurants. Very clean apartment with a wonderful and comfy bed . Loved the shower . Can't really fault anything. Host was just a text away . Was given all the information needed and it's all straight forward. I would definitely recommend this apartment for an ideal base to exploring Genoa .

It's a third floor apartment with no lift. After a long day the stairs could be tiresome. Wasn't really a thing for us ,but just saying .
