La vista sul cuore del porto di Genova, lo stile della casa, ben attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni. Una volta che ci si guadagna l'ascesa all'appartamento vista e comfort ripagano la fatica; dopo il primo giorno già ci si abitua alle scale.

5 ème étage sans ascenseur. Comme c'est proche de la 2x2 voies, c'est un tout petit peu bruyant

The staff were responsive, always quick to answer. We also really appreciated the facilities — having a washing machine made our stay so much more convenient.

The area did feel a little unusual at night and the apartment being on the fifth floor made it quite a climb. Still, once inside, everything was very comfortable and we’ve enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, has a fantastic view over the port. The bed is comfortable, bed linen and towels are of a fine quality, shower is good. Kitchen is well equipped (only missing the dishwasher) and has lovely compliments such as pasta and pasta sauce.

The neighborhood is a bit untypical for Italy, hard to find a supermarket with wine and prosciutto. And the stairs is a challenge. Although the host did his best and notified of both issues beforehand.

Thanks a lot to Alberto for a wonderful extremely clean/maintained apartment with a fantastic panoramic view from all 4 large floor to ceiling windows that made for an unforgettable experience. Also, thank you for the fabulous hospitality of the host - there were good drinks (champagne, beer, juice, yogurt, water) and tasty snacks, jams in the refrigerator, and in the cupboards there were several varieties of high-quality spaghetti and various canned fish and vegetables, seasonings for them. Tea, coffee (coffee machine), sweets, cookies, candies - available in gigantic quantities, as well as all the necessary utensils, dishes and appliances. Beds, towels are fresh and tidy, which create a pleasant aroma in the apartments. There are a lot of very useful things for tourists - starting from soaps, shampoos, gels, creams, toothpaste, a shaver, a shower cap, earplugs, various napkins, towels, and ending with needles, sewing threads, which creates a homely and cozy atmosphere. Air conditioners work well for both heating and cooling. Around the house there are many interesting locations and museums, Darsena metro station, buses and numerous shops. Spacious, cozy, clean rooms with everything you need - nice fresh beds and towels, comfortable furniture, many useful hygiene products. Very tasty, original and varied dishes and drinks for breakfast. The hotel has friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Convenient location for flights. We liked everything very much! Super! We want to return to these apartments if possible! Thank you very much!

Everything was just perfect!

Apartment was very clean and unexpectedly big. Localization is perfect, very close to metro station. View on the port area is fantastic. Alberto is super nice and helpful. He also allowed us to check in earlier. Flat also had everything needed and even more (like some jam in the fridge, coffee, shaving foam, etc). We really appreciated such care. Thank you very much!
