Lovely Old Town Apt with Free Private Parking Included!

we (4) had a great stay for one night in Genua! The apartment itself and the location is fantastic. Communication upfront with Andrea was fast and super easy. He was waiting for us right in front of the private parking (which is an unbeatable benefit in downtwon Genua!) and then walked with us few minutes for check in to the apartment. Location is perfect. We received also additional information for sightseeing in Genua and highlights and he showed us his recommendations (restaurants, bars, sightseeing, ...). Absolutely awesome host! I would book immediately again when visiting Genua next time! Mille Gracie again, Andrea!

Andrea was marvelous throughout the stay.

We could have done without the car being broken into, but that's no fault of the property of the owners.

Loved everything! Location is steps from Piazza di Ferrari—brilliant. Andrea met us at our taxi, helped with our luggage, accompanied us up to the apartment, and then showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well equipped — even had both a washing machine AND a clothes dryer! Lots of hot water for showers. Windows in living room with a view. We didn’t have to buy any basic necessities; Andrea had all the basics and then some. He also texted numerous suggestions for things to do and different restaurants and shops. Our experience was just perfect. Thank you so much Andrea 🥰

Andrea was a wonderful host. He personally greeted us (earlier than check-in time so that we could park our car) and helped us with our luggage. He gave us A TON of information, restaurant recommendations, etc... The location of the apartment is ideal for those wanting to explore old town Genoa. The apartment was well appointed. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked, with a big refrigerator, had a washer/dryer and 2 air units in the apartment (it was cool and we didn't need it). There was plenty of drawer and closet space as well.

The shower was a little weird with no collection pan and the water would drip down to the floor, which made it a little messy, but that's about it!
