Zeer ruim appartement op een perfecte locatie net buiten het centrum. Fijn balkon met goed uitzicht, badkamer met douche/bad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Met gehuurde fietsen de ideale locatie.

De banken in de livingroom zijn aan vervanging toe en de schuifpui gaat bij warm weer erg zwaar.

Heel fijne ligging aan het water. Bed ligt zeer goed (maar da's natuurlijk persoonlijk). Keuken en badkamer zijn proper en goed uitgerust.

Entree beneden in het gebouw is niet echt wat moet zijn, want niet proper en slechte geur. Niettegenstaande dit een nieuw appartement lijkt, zijn er vochtplekken op verschillende muren. Ook op de zetel in de living zaten verschillende vlekken, hetgeen niet echt uitnodigt om even te gaan relaxen.

Vrij nieuw en ruim appartement met veel licht, ruim balkon en lekker rustig. Op ca 15 min lopen van de binnenstad. Supermarkt en restaurants ook op loopafstand.
