Service was good.

Nothing really, just have not received the deposit/insurance of 300 Euro back which I had to pay when we checked in.

Beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Liked having the toilet and shower separate, especially since there were 5 of us. Everything was clean, lots of towels. Nice to have access to the reception at the hotel if needed. Location was good, close to centre as well as trains and buses. Nice to have the hotel restaurant close by. Grocery store close by. Staff was friendly.

Sofa bed didn't work, couldnt pull it out, we mentioned it to reception twice, and they said they would send someone up and never did which was quite frustrating. That sofa was also very uncomfortable as a couch. Having the toilet separate from the shower was nice however there was only a lock on the toilet door, would have been nice to have one on the shower as well. Had to take out your own garbage and recycling to their bins in the laundry room and had to sweep the floors, which was the first time we come across that. Freezer box was a bit frosty and dirty.

The problem of the lift is not working. So I take all my stuff in the stairs but it’s ok I like the place thanks a lots

Great place to stay with family or group of friends. Well situated walking distance to Gent Town, the Station and other amenities. Hotel Staff friendly and the hotel caters for all your needs if you decide not to self cater in the apartment.. The apartment unit we stayed in had plenty of space , for a group of 4 adults.

This property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a beautiful flat. The location is on the edge of the centre so easy to walk everywhere. It is affiliated with a hotel that has many great amenities.

The living room and outdoor furniture were old and uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything except utensils. The laundry machine is not in the flat and is in a room that is often left open to the outside. There was only one machine and it was not clean.

Air con doesn’t work properly and we had our clothes stolen from the laundry room

Beautiful and modern apartment, well equipped in a walking distance from the town centre. Clean, bright with a great view of the canal and the town.

There was a constant noise coming from some ventilation system next to the kitchen. Having to sweep the apartment before leaving was not something nice on behalf of the host!

Very nice spacious apartment in walking distance from the city center and located near train station so you can get anywhere you need. We experienced no disturbance from the construction site. The apartmant can be considered baby-friendly as it wasn't full of things/decorations. In overal we had very pleasant stay.
