Not easy, I haven't received any information pre arrival. Called the Booking.com customer service who told us the pin for the key box

Horrible noise in the morning from the flat above, it felt like elephants are running around. Also we were unlucky because they came to clean the postbox outside the property. So from early morning we had vans parking in front, electric generator starting, people talking loud and smoking.

really big rooms, súper nice decorations. good heating system. very comfortable. we were able to leave the suitcases before the check in time. everything we needed was there: plates, cooking utensils, hair dryer

there is no oven (old pictures showed one) but there is a microwave.

very stylish apartment, very well equipped, close to city centre (short stroll) but still calm und quiet

10 minute walk from the gravensteen castle

The apartment felt a little stuffy with no ventilation over a hot few days

Thought the location was superb to get into the centre of gent. The property was clean and well equipped.

The windows didn’t open. Mosquitoes had gotten in but we couldn’t get them out.

Brilliant location and facilities. Perfect for day trips into Ghent.
