Tolle Lage! (Seenähe) mit guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Wohnung ist mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, ausgestattet! Sehr netter Vermieter!

We've travelled as a family of 4(5) -- two parents, two kids, plus a dog -- and the apartment was just great for us: it fits this setup perfectly. - Very spacious and conveniently organized apartment: a bedroom for the parents, a separate small bedroom for the kids, and a living room. - The dog is allowed! - All small details are well thought of: where to hang clothes, keys, or towels; all necessities are provided. - A spacious balcony with a grill - Doubly-isolated windows (the ones with 3 glass surfaces): helps to keep the apartment cool & quiet. - Combined washing machine & dryer is a great feature for a holiday! - Location: it's a few minutes to two great beaches: the one directly across the road (Strandbad Sittlinger) is free when you complete the guest registration, but we actually used the second one, a bit to the right (Tschinder Strandbad), because dogs are allowed there (we travelled with our 4-month Sheltie). That beach one was also quieter and very green, we enjoyed it a lot. Even more to the right there is a free beach where dogs can also swim (they are not allowed to in a Strandbad, can only stay in place there).

There was a minor hiccup upon arrival: the apartment wasn't ready due to a misunderstanding between the landlord and the cleaning lady, so we had to stay a couple of hours outside while she finished cleaning. This was resolved to our satisfaction though by a generous gesture of the host, who compensated us the cost for the dinner at a restaurant -- thanks for that, Norbert! A minor nitpick: while there are two frying pans, the non-stick one is quite old, and having a newer one would be a plus.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The apartment truly exceeded our expectations – it was excellent and spotlessly clean. It’s located just a few steps (about 50 meters) from the lake, which made it perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very well equipped – it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine. All appliances were modern and worked perfectly. There were also basic kitchen supplies and food items available, such as oil, salt, and coffee, which was really convenient in case you forget something at home. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. A big plus were also the two SUP boards and three bicycles available for use – they really added to our experience. The village is quiet, and during this time, there weren’t many people around, so the whole stay was very peaceful and ideal for a short extended weekend. A very pleasant experience overall, and we’ll definitely consider coming back!

The only small downside of the apartment was that there was occasionally a noticeable smell from the kitchen of the Chinese restaurant in the stairwell leading up to the apartment. This is likely because the apartment is located directly above the restaurant.

Nice place, restaurant and beach are close. Very nice personal.

Nothing, everything was awsome

It was great to spend our winter holidays at Seewohnung apartment, it's a perfect starting point for nearby ski resorts. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is super equiped, it is clean and cozy. Overall would really recommend! :)
