El apartamento tiene personalidad, como el edificio que está situado en una zona donde abundan aparthoteles modernetes. Es una casa amplia, funcional, coqueta y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por la zona. La comunicación online fue muy amable en todo momento.

Es más barato que otras opciones y está justificado, porque no verás realmente lujo: el ascensor te deja una planta abajo, es muy antiguo y, lo peor, su maquinaria suena mucho en la vivienda. Algunos muebles están viejitos y el somier de la cama principal está por arreglar bien. Una limpieza a fondo le vendría bien.

Dies ermöglicht es, die wunderschönen Strände und das lokale Flair in vollen Zügen zu genießen, ohne auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein. **Ausstattung:** Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vom voll eingerichteten Küchenbereich über komfortable Möbel bis hin zu modernen Annehmlichkeiten – die Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. **Fazit:** Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Kombination aus idealer Lage, geräumiger und gut ausgestatteter Wohnung macht dieses Apartment zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der nach Grado reist und einen entspannten Aufenthalt sucht. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!
