The music at night is very loud (till 4.00 am), no clean sheets on the beds, incomplete kitchen utilities, leaking roof, no table to eat, many mosquitos and rain in Minca during our stay.

Everything, I loved the balcony and the location played a great part as you can walk everywhere from la cabañita.

The host was very attensive, and he explained to us why there's loud music and fireworks during our stay due to local festivals.

The house provides a very basic necessity, no hot water, the steps to the top floor were steep.

Great place with great value to stay as a couple or as a group of 4. Location within the town is great, the hosts were polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was very pretty. I would totally recommend it if you want a private place in Minca for your own without caring about other people.

We didn't experience anything negative.
