Excellent , comfortable, spacious apartment, well equipped for upto 6 persons . Suitable for a long or short stay in a fabulous location above a coffee shop. Karl, our host, very accommodating when ferry delayed till gone midnight . Will definitely look to book again if available.

Only thing to consider if you have mobiility issues , is access via a generous easy to climb fire escape.

"Good value accommodation in a good location which would be even better with a little TLC"

The location in Howth was very good and it was an easy walk to get to the seafront and harbour. Price was good when compared with other properties in Howth. Great to have two bathrooms! Breakfast/brunch in the downstairs restaurant was excellent and definitely to be recommended! The host Karl always got back to us when asked any questions

So frustrating that a few little things in the flat were not sorted before we arrived, such as the pedal bin broken, not enough pans, oven/grill pan still had grease from last time it was used. All of this could have been done at little cost and time. Like some other previous guests, in the sitting room I could clearly hear voices/conversation from the next door flat and some soundproofing would be great to have if possible. Could not hear anything from the restaurant below though!

Great location, loved the setting and rooms, easy access, great restaurant downstairs. Perfect way to start our trip in Ireland over Christmas. Appreciated the location as we had a bit of jet lag in the beginning.

It was centrally located in Howth (not easy to find places to stay here). Very clean, modern, comfortable. Great shower pressure and comfortable beds.
