Good location

When I arrived, no one was there, despite the fact I had sent my arrival time and info 2 weeks prior. I waited for 45 minutes after phoning (was told no one could help me), then finally the shopkeeper next door helped me. Also, I had asked for directions several weeks prior, and what I was sent had me go in an opposite direction.

The place was clean, comfortable and well located.

The sign is a bit hidden so hard to figure out where to go. There was no check in or check out process, which was weird. I asked in the shop where to go and they didn’t even ask for my name and just ushered me upstairs. They let the cleaning lady explain the room to me but she didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Greek so I didn’t understand anything. The WiFi was terrible, only worked very late at night. I had to do some work while there and ended up using my phone data instead.

The location is really great, in the centre of Hydra but also quiet. Much of the nightlife and restaurants/cafes were in walking distance. The apartment was very clean.
