that apartment is good if you only take in consideration the location, it is close to everything. the arrival and departure with the key box is very practical. the view on the city was beautiful because you are on top of the building. communication in English with the owner was ok

Everything was king of dirty, the fridge was smelling horrible, The washing machine was moldy we had to clean if before putting our clothes in it. The mattress and bed sheets were of poor quality, we didn’t sleep well on it. The building is old and the elevator also, it was hard to fit two people with luggage in it, however I have lived in Iași for 6 years and I can say that this is common in almost all building for the center, this is not the fault of the owner but it has to be noticed. The worst was the bathroom, every joints were black from molds, we spend an hour cleaning it at our best with the bleach water that we bought because it was unimaginable to feel clean after taking a bath full of molds… Then we had to wait 20minutes to have hot water. I saw the previous bad comments, I can see that some improvement has been made, however I still think that this is a little bit overpriced for the actual quality. I hope that the owner will take all those comments in consideration and continue to improve his apartment.

The host was very communicative and they let us to stay even after the checkout. The location is very nice and in the centre of the city.

It would be better ifthe kitchen had more vessels
