Apartmanın konumu çok iyi. Palas alışveriş merkezi ve kültür merkezine yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibi son derece kibar ve problemlere hemen çözüm getiren biri. Çarşaflar temizdi. yatak görece rahattı.

Evin genel temizliğinin iyi olduğunu söyleyemem. Ağır bir koku vardı. Camları sürekli açık bırakmamıza rağmen koku çıkmadı. Buzdolabı dehşet kötü kokuyordu. Yatak çarşafları temizdi ancak çok eskiydi ve üzerinde delikler vardı. Evde saç kurutma makinesi ve ütü var şeklinde görünmesine rağmen yoktu. Ev sahibinden istedik ve bu şekilde temin edilebildi. Mutfakta tuz da dahil olmak üzere temel malzemeler yoktu. Mutfağı kullanacaksanız, yağ, tuz vs. her şeyi almanız lazım. Banyo da şampuan ve duş jeli yoktu. Bir de evde kahve veya çay yapabileceğiniz bir makine ve malzeme yok.
