The location the view was perfect

The beds were very uncomfortable- the king bed two two beds attached to become one and it was very uncomfortable mattress we got backache from it - uncomfortable for couple - overall everything else was good except there was plenty of lights which they don’t work specially the outside one. bBQ was not very clean

"Good Location - But Property needs serious maintenance"

The location was the property was really good.. Direct view on the bay/ocean.. and the Kaima blowhole hill view.. Located very conveniently near all the shops and a coffee shop right below. The apartment is has setup with good for a view and had a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

I may have been very unlucky here.. Before checking out, I got stuck in the lift when taking out the trash :( ... The lifts are little dated. I was stuck in the lift for 3 hours waiting for the technician to arrive from Sydney - while the communications from the property manager and the others were very poor. Thank God that my family was not in the lift, and it was only me. Property maintenance, communications, and being a bit empathetic with the guest would be good.

"We had a great first year anniversary I love Kiama so sleepy and quiet it is. We walked everywhere"

The location was great, so close to everything.

The bed had a hard hump in the centre No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Carnival trucks in front of the property spoilt the view a little The key box was hard to open Windows had cob webs on them
