Beachside Getaway

Nothing much

1) The modem was not working and there were no internet facility for all the days during my stay. Even after complaining, there was no attempt to fix it. 2) There were lot of insects in the bathroom and hall. Even after complaining, they didn't make an attempt to fix it. 3) There was no milk kept. The coffee powder kept was way too old. 4) Very poor service. 5) The sea view was for name sake. The view was blocked by the building and trees in front but it says that it has good sea view. 6) It's like making people fool.

Location great within walking distance to the beach

No extra bedding or towels provided Property is old & dated. Including the furniture. Exhaust fan created as much noise as a plane taking off on a runway. Mould/dirt on the blinds. Lounge blanket smelt like it hadn’t been washed in a while. No pegs were provided. No washing machine not even a bucket to soak children’s clothes in. No oven/grill

The location is great

This property is poorly maintained - cupboard doors off hinges, blinds inoperable, noisy fans, poor plumbing, fridge doesn’t close properly, freezer doors fell off, not enough cereal bowls for 4 people. When the managing agent was contacted at the end of our stay they just said we should have contacted them when we arrived, as if we should spend our holiday waiting for/dealing with tradesmen.
