Apartma je zelo čist, udoben in modernega videza. Kuhinja je dobro zastavljena in zelo dobro založena. Lastnik je zelo odziven in prilagodljiv. Parkirišče je pred vhodom. Okolica je mirna, sama lokacija pa ravno prav oddaljena od mestnega vrveža, hkrati pa nudi odlično izhodišče za športne navdušence, gurmanske navdušence in ljubitelje dobre vinske kapljice.
