Apartments Qualitas

Excellent location close to bus station and supermarket, only a few minutes to enter the old town. We particularly enjoyed the view from the two balconies, great for having breakfast. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were glad to not have chosen accommodation in the old town itself because at night its very noisy.

유명한 BBQ레스토랑 바로 근처고 시설도 아주 좋았습니다. 두브로브니크에서는 이 가격에 도미토리에 있었는데 여긴 좋은 위치 시설 모두 잘 갖춰져서 만족했습니다. 요리도 해먹을 수 있습니다.

Perfect location, cute little outside area, the nicest host!

Excellent location, just a few mins from Kotor old town and the bus station. Apartments was nice and clean with a lovely shower. Easy to check-in, even late at night

Bed could be comfier and the pillows were tiny, so some better pillows needed

Perfect location a few minutes walk from the bus station and from the old town. Communication from the host was excellent. The room was very clean and modern, and was quiet and peaceful at night.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were in need of some maintenance, for example the shower didn't spray properly on any of the settings and didn't drain well, and the sink taps had come loose and were difficult to turn. Nothing too major though.

L’hôte des lieux : Pavo nous a remis les clés, donne des conseils et permis de nous garer sans souci. Il a été très serviable. L’appartement est sur le port, il est donc extrêmement facile de découvrir la ville en partant de l’hôtel à pieds.

The location was excellent. Everything is just 5-10 minutes walk away from the property. The host was very welcoming. The room was as how we expected and even exceeded our expectations. There was a supermarket nearby if you need anything. Restaurants were accesible as well. The Kotor Old Town was just few minutes walk from the property and the view from our room was just spectacular. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Kotor.
