Amazing location right in the old town, Jovana was so helpful and lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the room had lots of amenities

The shower was slightly broken but still very usable

It’s quite dark, and because of the prime location it can get noisy in the morning.

Positives: The location was excellent, conveniently situated and easy to access. The mattress was comfortable and provided good rest. Appreciated having a washing machine available, along with washing powder provided. A hair dryer was also available, which was a nice touch. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, which made a good first impression.

Negatives: The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were hairs on the bathroom walls, inside the fridge, and in multiple areas of the apartment. I honestly don't understand how this place received such a high score for cleanliness. It seems they only do a very light surface clean, but what’s really needed is a deep and thorough cleaning. The shower holder was broken, making it awkward to shower. The bathroom cabinet light was broken, and there was visible mold, contributing to an unpleasant, musty smell throughout the apartment. A used sponge had been left in the kitchen, which felt unhygienic. There were not enough electrical outlets, especially near the bed, making it difficult to charge devices. The door knob was broken. Cobwebs were present in the window area. There was no proper storage for clothes—just hangers without any kind of wardrobe or support. Communication via WhatsApp was very poor and often unresponsive. The internet connection was unreliable and kept cutting out. The mirror was placed in an awkward and impractical spot.

Great location, in the city center!

We had an amazing stay at this charming apartment in the heart of the Old Town. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from historic sites, cozy cafes, and cobblestone streets full of character. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Perfect location in the heart of Kotor's old town, easy to find, only 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station. Just some steps up there is the entrance for the fortress, so it's easy to go there early in the morning (to avoid heat and crowds). Small and cosy place with good AC, wifi, hot water, soft bed, also kitchen with everything you need. Two big super markets nearby (just outside the old town). If you also love cats, this is the place to be, you'll have them as neighbours, very friendly ones (one is sleeping by the door all day long). I really loved the atmosphere, felt like home in one minute. Also it was easy to communicate with the owner's assistant through whatsapp, she helped me with many things and they even let me storage my luggage there for many hours after check-out which was super!

Little things missing, like hooks in the bath room to hang your towels. Also some lamp near the bed would be nice, it was difficult to go back to bed in total darkness after putting the lights off. (There is only one tiny window in the apartment.) Pillows were too big and hard, but luckily I had my own with me. I found the noises from upstairs a bit disturbing in the evening, especially the barking dogs, but the second night was better, I got used to them.
