Filipa Apartment

Close to the Old Town and great view from the balcony.

It was right across from the shopping center!

Near the old town, markets, sea. Clean. The owner is nice and very helpful.

The accommodation is just a 2-3 minute walk from the city centre. The apartment is clean, perfectly equipped and the terrace has a good view. All the shops (bakery, grocery store, mall) are very close by. Everything was perfect!

There was no such thing. Only the boiler is a bit noisy, but it can be turned off, so it's absolutely no problem.

Location is perfect. Own parking. Apartment is nice and clean. We don't have any problem.

There are not enough bowls for breakfast.

The flat is very modern, perfectly equipped with everything necessary (including good coffee ;)), but the special bonus is the balcony facing the old town and the mountains in the backdrop, so you get a most stunning view! The location is great too - literally 5 minutes from the old town and a short distance from the town walls and fortress up the hill. If you walk in the opposite direction, it’s also about 5 minutes from the waterfront/beach of Dobrota. Last but not least, just across the street from the building is the shopping centre with a supermarket, so you’re all set ;)

The polished wooden steps are quite slippery (one of us actually slipped on it and bruised her arm), so one needs to be careful :/

Wonderful view and location: behind it's Kamelija, their biggest shopping center, it's 200 m distance from the N gate of the old town, it's 200 m from Kotor beach. You simply leave the car, in the private parking place, behind the building and you can reach in five minutes all the interesting points.

Kotor was super full of people, which came by cruisers in that day (: Locals attitude is very unfriendly (especially in the small, fast food restaurants) and while driving
