Πολύ ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει. Καμμία παροχή. Ούτε καν σαμπουάν.

Καλή τοποθεσία , όμορφη θέα από το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο που μείναμε .

Το απάνω υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν πολυ στενό, πολύ στενή σκάλα για να ανέβεις και το στρώμα δεν ήταν καλό . Επίσης δεν υπήρχαν σιίτες στα παραθυρόφυλλα . Η κουρτίνα στη ντουζιέρα ήταν βρώμικη .

El señor que atiende no es agradable. El apartamento es muy básico. Da miedo ducharse porque el termo está justo encima y parece que se va a caer (además de oscuro). Solo tienen aire acondicionado las habitaciones, por el día es imposible estar en el salón (el calor es asfixiante). La terraza por el día es impracticable porque no hay sombra y el sol de de frente. La vajilla está rota o de publicidad. La cama sofá del salón estaba rota.

Excellent location and facilities in general. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Cleanliness would get a 7 since the fridge was not extremely clean and some of the dishes in the kitchen were a bit dirty. Apart from that, the rest of the apartment was clean and functional. Sheets, towels and bathroom were also clean.

The landlord was nice, the accommodation was clean, the air conditioning worked. Apartman number 7 was ok.

Apartment number 1 is better to avoid. The facilities were poor, I couldn't even stand up straight in the bedroom and part of the door to the shower was completely missing.

Everything was perfect!

The apts has a ground floor and an upper floor. On the upper floor a nice big roof terrace.

The apts are due for an update. Nevertheless this apts was doable for a few days. The season in Evia was already over, little tourism.

Very good location, clean and well maintained facilities, and a very kind host (Mr. Dimitri).

Nothing to note that was not in par within the context of the accomodation, price or experience.
