Apartamento Aliste

El piso esta reformado, es bonito. Tiene aires en las 2 habitaciones y salon, eso es comodo y agradable. Muy buena iluminacion.

1. Que sea un tercero SIN ASCENSOR, es bastante incomodo tener que subir varias veces al dia.. 2. El colchon de la cama de matrimonio es bastante duro, a mi mujer no le gustó.

Excellent location in quiet building. Clean spaces with basic requirements, including a washing machine. Excellent communication with owners.

The unfortunate bathroom is a tight squeeze. Wardrobes and bedside tables so cheap, that the drawers don’t open properly. The building overall is a little run down. Getting to the third floor without an elevator was challenging, let alone with our suitcases.

the road in front of the building was laud, especially motorbikes. terrace could be so nice if little work and money are invested. Possibility of grilling would be great but not even stow is in the kitchen.

The property is well kept, beds are comfortable, there are two dining tables - one in the kitchen and one in the living room. There’s enough space to unpack your stuff. The property is located close to centre, you have everything on your doorstep. There’s Mercadona and big Carefour round the corner. There’s also a shop downstairs and 3 min walk from the apartment is a small Carefour. The balcony is small, but has table and two chairs. You can hang your laundry. There’s also a beach umbrella, which you can use when going to the beach. Fridge is big so if you decide to cook your meals (we didn’t) then no problem with doing bigger shopping. In the kitchen you can find everything (pans, pots, cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates etc). All of us were happy with our stay.
