A63 - Gama Marina View Apartment

That apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. The staff were exceptional.

Nothing but location

Everything! I suggest go to Trust Review and read it about dreamalgarve.com No Instructions how to log in to Internet, switch on gas and hot water..., bad communication, and deadly cold and dump. No heating whatsoever. No hot water at all. Only lukewarm me and my wife and I felt sick and left the apartment before the original dates. Management is arrogant and not caring. NEVER EVER BOOK IT.

Only location

Everything. The staff unprofessional, lazy and arrogant. In the apartment nothing was ready apart of cleaning. No instructions for WI-FI, for gas stove, etc. The staff who us sitting in their office across the road forced me, 4 times, go back and forth with the router before the managed connect Internet. First day there wasn't a hot water and the apartment is deadly cold. No AC, no hitting and a small hitter provided was faulty and switches all the electricity. After finally having a lukewarm shower me and my wife and I are falling ill. I have an asthma and for me it was almost deadly. So I couldn't step out for 1 week. Finally we felt enough is enough and left apartment. After our complain their response was - You never complained so no refund for the rest of your stay. What is obvious lie. Beware of these arrogant and ignorant sharks.
