Localização muito boa, o Alexandre foi muito receptivo. Instalaçoes também muito boas.

Então, os problemas que tivemos foram resolvidos em parte. O Alexandre trocou as cortinas do banheiro, porém ficamos sem ar condicionadovem 2 quartos.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro histórico y a 7/8 minutos andando de las playas de batata y los estudiantes. Tenía todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje de cocina.

Lo único negativo de la estancia fue que 2 aire acondicionados no funcionaron, aunque nos avisaron al hacer el check in de que estaban averiados

We enjoyed our time at Lagos Centro.The location was good inside the walled center, and close to one of its access points, a walking distance from points of interest nearby The flat was comfortable and well equipped.

The flat can accommodate six guests, yet there are only 5 forks!? Plus a couple of other kitchen items that didn’t add up. The shower curtain in the smaller bathroom is so short that water will spill out all over the floor, with nothing to contain it, as no floor mat/towel was provided. The decor is a little dated/odd. I’d suggest gathering some decorative local items to enhance the ambience. The bunk bed was a little noisy when moving around. It may need some tightening of the hardware.

The apartment was large, clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to everything you would need or want. But the most amazing thing about our stay was the Property manager, Alexandre. He was friendly, incredibly helpful about everything and very prompt in his replies to our requests.

There were no real negatives to speak of.

The localization was perfect. 3 seperate rooms plus living room, a balcony to dry swimming suits and towels. And 2 bathrooms was also very convinient.

No shower cabin but curtain in one of the bathrooms, the water was all over the small bathroom, plus it's not very pleasant because it sticks to the body. Kitchen didn't have air conditioning and no sun covers on the window = it was hot during the day. The bed in one of the bedrooms is too narrow for 2 people.

Great location to the center, beach, grocery and apartment are spacious. The management Francesco and his coworker are very friendly and helpful during my stay.

Once you enter the apartment there a smell that not to pleasant. I couldn’t really describe if it incense or something else. But overall is a great apartment and very clean.
