Originally it took long time for owners to reply, then after it was better and they were replying nicely. Flat had a few issues like light in bedroom not working and a shelf broken and tv didn’t work at first and WiFi wasn’t working properly (often disconnected and was weak for working) Neighbours living next door were noisy but after reporting they were ok Only one towel for 2 weeks stay

O apartamento é super giro e cómodo. Falha na limpeza e materiais disponíveis para limpar enquanto estamos lá. Toalhas sujas, estendal partido, vassoura muito suja. Substituindo estas pequenas coisas e um sofá mais confortável e limpo seria ideal. O check in foi muito rápido e prestável.

The appartment is calling for some renovation, the couch in the living room is not comfortable to sleep on and requires cleaning. There was no even basic kitchen articles like salt or sugar. The fridge door doesn't close properly. Wi-fi didn't work at the end of our stay. We also had some problems with the check-in since the person responsible for our service did not appear as we had agreed before. Our friend who was to get the keys for us had to wait while we were trying to contact with Villas Keys. Finally we were apologized and promised to get the reimbursement for the first night due to those problems, however we didn't get it till now.

La persona encargada de recibirnos nunca apareció se le llamaba y no contestó nunca ,tuvo que venir el empleado de la agencia villas key que si le doy un 10 en su trato. Sólo teníamos 3 pulseras para la piscina y éramos 4 se suponía que la responsable del alojamiento las traía pero tampoco lo hizo también se suponía que recogía sus llaves que el empleado dejó en la puerta del registro del contador del agua que se abría sin llave y tampoco vino por ellas la tuvimos que guardar porque si alguien lo abría que se podía abrir entraba en nuestro apartamento con todas nuestras cosas no nos sentimos muy seguros con estas formas la verdad.

Was too far from beach, up a steep hill, no reception area. lucky that the weather was not great as could not get AC to work. Could not find our apartment when we arrived and no answer from phone number that was provided. Eventually got in after 2 hours of trek around Lagos looking for alternative accomadation. Our flight was delayed.
