Property was not much good that I can share any good thing

Bad room, no cleaning, washroom drainage was not Woking. Jet spray was not working and no attendant was not there to attend the complaint

We didn't liked the staff there they didn't even pickup the calls nothing works there

Nothing. Poor service. Poor response. No one was bothered to attend the calls.

Poor staff response. Poor quality of furniture. Very foul smell was coming from washroom. No one bothered to attend our calls. It was self check in and we took 15 mins to check in our room. Booked for 3 days. But we checked out in night itself because of services and condition of room. Hotel staff next day kept sending the scanner to make payment but didn't bothered to attend our calls or called back. I will never ever recommend any one this place

We had to wait a lot for keys and lift card which came after a long time.

The property location and accomodation was decent. However the staff and services were so unprofessional

They told us there were car parking , but no gate pass was given. We were kept outside the society Gate every time for 20 minutes. No lift pass was given. We booked for 6 guests and asked for extra bed and towels but the staff argued. There's no coordination on how to check in, check out or get keys, access and point of contact. Kindly improve the services as the property is decent
