Местоположение до центра, да все супер.До моря 30 минут пешком.

Жильё в неудовлетворительном состоянии. В ванной комнате и санузле нет вытяжки, на кухне также отсутствует вентиляция. Холодильник ржавый, унитаз шатается, когда садишься. На окнах нет москитных сеток. Жить в таких условиях некомфортно и требует ремонта или хотя бы минимального обслуживания со стороны владельца.
