Квартира сама по себе хорошая, чистая. Локация отличная, вокруг много ресторанов, парк, магазин.

В подъезде очень сильно воняло. В одной из ванных комнат плохо работали дверцы душевой кабинки.

Неймовірні апартаменти в самому центрі Одеси. Сучасний (авторський) ремонт, чистота та простір, це якщо коротко про цю квартиру. Дуже щирі та привітні власники та пані, яка нас заселила. Ви залишились в наших серцях, як справжні одесити, від яких пахне любовʼю! Приємно здивувало наявність тихої пральної машини та наявність кондиціонерів в кожній кімнаті. А також, важливо, несподіванкою стало джакузі)) І так, воно працююче!)

Все чудово, але невелика рекомендація чистити повітряні фільтри в кондиціонерах
