Чудові апартаменти, з гарним видом на море та великою терасою. Усе було на вищому рівні. Від зустрічі до виїзду. Залишились тільки гарні враження від чистоти в номері та комфорту. Уся техніка та джакузі працює. Усе як на фото, та і як нами було очікувано. Дякуємо, сподіваємося повернутися ще!

Location was great with excellent views. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The bathroom and balcony could have been cleaner. I didn't realize there was going to be loud music playing from 17:00-23:00 every night.

Локація. Навряд чи можу виділити щось інше. Але локація топ - 5-7 хвилин до моря пішки, перша лінія. Невелика для Одеси ціна, але вона повністю відповідає невисокій якості помешкання.

Будь ласка, візьміть до уваги, що це пул апартаментів. Які будуть саме ваші, ви завчасно не знаєте, тому налаштовуйтесь на те, що вживу буде інше, ніж на фото. Це приватні квартири, власники різні, адміністраторки теж різні. Як саме власник доглядає за своєю квартирою залежить лише від власника! Але більшість власників хочуть більше заробляти і менше вкладатись. Тому квартири мають втомлений, щоб не сказати уштовханий, вигляд. Наприклад, у нас в квартирі були два кондиціонери. Один не працював зовсім. З іншого конденсат капав безпосередньо на ліжко під ним. При чому, судячи з стану дерев'яного підголов' я ліжка, проблема має довготривалий характер, але ж а ні власника квартири, а ні адміністратора це сильно не турбує. Ще хтось з сусідів заземлив електричний прилад на загальні труби, через що кран в душі бився струмом. Не смертельним, але десь приблизно 50 вольт. Неприємно. Навкруги багато діскотек, музику з них добре чути, але завдяки комендантській годині о 23:00 настає тиша. Ще враховуйте, що парковка під будинком платна! Відкрита 100 грн доба, підземна 500 грн доба. Ціни літа 2025 року. Для себе зробили висновки, в це саме місце поїхали у перший і в останній раз.
