This is the first and last time I book this apartment. And to everyone who would even think of making a reservation here, my advice: think again! And the lady who runs this apartment, I think she must go to some course of good education and work with tourists. She almost canceled our reservation two days before arrival. We had to have a long and hard conversation with that lady, so she would give in and than we save our reservation made three months in ago. Now, the reason is that the guests, my cousin and her friend who are of legal age, are not 21 years old. When we commented that there is no restriction on the guest's age, she said that booking does not allow it, which is a manipulative lie. And to make it even worse, when we asked her, if we hadn't called, would she accept us, she coolly replied that she wouldn't... and my cousin would be left on the street with a confirmed reservation. Now, when you think that there is nothing worse than this, when the vacation ended, she sent us off saying that she wants from us to give her money, but if possible, not to come at all. Hospitality at a high level. I reported this situation to booking and I sincerely hope that the lady will learn something. I am a long-time booking member and I had reservations everywhere, even in other apartments in Ohrid, but I have never experienced something like this, that someone plays with us and that someone is as inhospitable as this lady. I really have never experienced that. All the best to her and I sincerely hope that all you future tourists who want to book here will think a little more. So, at the end, I don't want to rate any other fascilities about the apartment, because after this astonishing discourtesy, nothing else matters to me.

The location is not bad as we needed to be close to the stadium and we liked that we had a parking space available to leave our car. The lady who welcomed us was pleasant and helpful.

The amenities were mostly very old. We asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together with a gap inbetween. The headboard was also very dusty and there were spiderwebs and spiders in the room (I suggest they add mosquito nets to their windows as they are very necessary in the summer). The AC was struggling to keep up with the heat and you can't leave it on when you are out, so you always come back to a very hot room. Also, the TV was quite old and only had a few channels, not even Youtube or Netflix. They need to invest a lot more into the property or charge way less.
