Good location just outside the old city, overlooking the water.

The street in front of the apartment is quite busy during the day, but in the evening/night it is pretty quiet.

It was a lovely apartment and well fitted out - kitchen had all the utensils you could want for cooking and food prep. Even a mini first aid kit. Bedside tables with convenient plugs for all gadgets, wardrobes and bunch of hangers, table to sit at if you wanted to eat in. Balcony with table and seating facing the ocean - the picture in listing is real. Large smart TV if you wanted. Coffee maker and pods, microwave, dishwasher etc all very handy for the longer stays. Even had jets in the bath ! Along with bathroom toiletries. It’s a short walk into the centre of town (8-9 mins walk) but unless you want to be in amongst it - was good to be a little out to avoid late night noise. But there is a cafe and restaurant right downstairs as well as a place to book activities. With the key upside to location being that you are right across the road from the main city beach. Easy flat stroll into town and over the bridge to marina. You can see the sunrise from your balcony and bedroom, but not so intrusive that it wakes you. Overall a fantastic stay with a feel of luxury at a reasonable price point.

Nothing major - The block out shutters on the windows were a bit unwieldy to put up and down - albeit they blocked out the light. The shower was in the bath so for those with balance or mobility issues be aware. Would have been good to have a few milk pods and tea bags for those that don’t drink coffee.

There wasn't a plug to fit the bath properly so don't get hopes up when you see the spa bath.

Furniture and looks are quite outdated

We very much appreciated that the lovely Filipa greeted us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. She even took the time to show us how to use reverse on the car we’d just picked up. The apartment was spacious and luxurious and was well kitted out. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and felt very looked after. It was a great way to start our holiday in Lagos. The apartment is in a great location close to the old city and has good undercover parking. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Couch needs to be replaced. area rug needed to be cleaned. The rest of apartment was clean.
