At check-in, we found the apartment flooded due to a malfunctioning boiler. Hot water had been running for hours before our arrival, leaving standing water throughout the property. We had difficulty reaching the host as she was not answering her phone. It took her approximately two hours to arrive, during which we were asked to wait outside on the street. Together with the neighbours, we had to shut off the water supply and disconnect the electricity to avoid possible electrical short circuits and further damage. The water was only removed about two hours after the host arrived, after which she told us the apartment was ready for guests again. However, given the extent of the flooding, the damp conditions, and the possible electrical hazards, we did not consider it safe to stay there, especially as I was travelling with my 74-year-old mother. The host did not offer suitable alternative accommodation and refused to refund a booking for accommodation that was clearly not fit for habitation.

A really lovely apartment in a great location on Meia Praia beach . Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and attractive garden . Great value for money Our second stay - so that says it all 🙏

Eine zweite Bettgarnitur bei 2 Wochen Aufentalt wäre schön gewesen

Excellent, emplacement parfait. Accès direct à la plage. Je recommande fortement.

Amélioration: nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l’endroit; le GPS, nous amenait du côté de la vieille ville.
