La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento muy cómodo y limpio y una terraza estupenda

No nos dieron el código hasta unas horas antes de llegar y me hizo estar un poco preocupada

Locatie is prima. Dicht bij het strand en op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding vind ik echt niet goed. Het is een leuk en knus appartement op een goede locatie maar het is best gedateerd en het kan zeker wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Toilet in de gang ruikt niet fris en er was ook niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lagen bij aankomst bijvoorbeeld lange haren in de badkamer die niet van ons waren. Ook was het rondom de pot van het toilet niet schoon en zag ik best wat stof. Daarnaast stonden er jerrycans op het balkon die water opvingen van (ik denk) de airco. Die liepen over waardoor het balkon ook nat werd. Ik vond het dus erg teleurstellend, zeker voor de prijs die ze er voor vragen. De locatie was wel goed en ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken maar die was volgens mij wel van alle gemakken voorzien. Douche was ook prima.

Good communication and clear information about the apparentment in advance. Well equipped in general. Location. Great size.

The exact building took a while before we found it. There are no views to the pool or gardens. Some furniture and utencils were a bit damaged or not really clean due to extensive use.

Location was really good, close to the beaches and walking distance to shops and bars (10 mins) etc

The apartment is dated and needs a facelift. Walls are scuffed, wardrobes are falling apart and the main bathroom needs re-groating/de-moulding. The second bathroom is not a bathroom, it's a small toilet with a small shower in it and the door has no handle/lock on it. I didn't like having to empty the air-con bottles on the balcony (2 giant drinking water bottles - otherwise they would overflow) and the aircon units in the bedrooms, need servicing/replacing as they are very very noisy and drop a lot of fluid. We also only had 1 pool card (for a family of 4, with 2 teenagers) and 1 set of house keys which you had to use to go in and out. This meant that we couldn't go in/out separately. And there was no information given about how to access the facilities (pool/sunbeds/gym/table tennis etc) which would have been helpful.

No elevator. Very hard to bring luggage to 2nd floor. No/ limited view from room
