Suite Rosso & Nero - Lecce Selection

The apartment is fabulous. It is very spacious and modern. The large outdoor deck has a wonderful view of the domes in the historic center. The entrance to the Old Town is less than a 5 minute walk. Having a spacious parking spot in the building was a real bonus. The apartment is across the street from a cafe with great coffee and pastry. It’s also across from a market with fresh fruits, vegetables, breads and cheeses. Overall, a great apartment in a great location.

As others have mentioned, the kitchen could use a few more utensils and cooking and cleaning items. We were constantly washing the dishes, but lacked sponges and soap. Not a major problem, but would have been nice to have these items. Similarly, there was a lack of supplies in the bathroom. We were there for 6 days and had to go get toilet paper before our stay was over. There was no soap or shower gel for the shower, which would have been nice to have. We really appreciated the emphasis on recycling, but the instructions were a little confusing. There were not enough different colored bins on the deck of the apartment to match up with the color coded recycling instructions. However, once we realized all the appropriate bins were located downstairs by the entrance, we just put the different items in plastic bags and brought them downstairs as necessary.

Excelente apartamento, como nas fotos. Amplo, confortável e bem localizado. Tudo de boa qualidade. Vaga na garagem ajudou bastante também.

The location is excellent! Just minutes from everything- fresh food market, grocery store and the entrance to the old town. Lots of really good restaurants within 15 minute walk from the apartment. Quiet building. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of hot water. The place was cleaned well. Beds are comfortable. The washing machine worked well. Good thing we travel with a little detergent, as no laundry powder was supplied. Good place for a short stay.

A few minor shortcomings- - Absolute inflexibility in check in time. We arrived in the rain and could not access the place even a few minutes earlier than the 3pm check in. - The kitchen only had three mugs, 3 teaspoons and odd number of cutlery. The place can accommodate 6 people, management should check and replenish things. - No detergent for the washing machine. Only one dishwasher tablet. Only 2 little packets of coffee, but plenty of sugar and tea. No paper towels or facial tissues and just one tea towel. We stayed for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a little more supplies. We could have contacted the management to ask for these items. But decided to just hop across the street to a mini mart to get what we needed. The cleaning staff should provide a few more things for groups staying more than a night or two.

Location very close to centro storico and large parking space in the garage. Also a close supermarket.

Complicated instructions for check in. No information provided about WiFi until I inquired. Wanted to communicate by WhatsApp and I don’t use it. The air conditioning was either not on or very poor. Luckily it was not too hot during our stay and I brought a small personal fan with me. Also all the emphasis on the 4 different types of recycling we were expected to figure out.

The location was wonderful and the apartment was very spacious.

We used the cook top to make dinner and lost power for about an hour. We contacted the hosts but no answer. It turned out that they gave us an incorrect number on the electric panel. Once we figured it out, I sent another message and then got a response from the hosts.

Molestan mucho con el reciclaje y aveces se dispara un brackets de la luz y hay que bajar al parqueadero arreglarlo
