The blinds rattled very loudly in the wine and kept me awake.

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and homely We were at the top of the building with great views The rooftop terrace was huge and we ate our breakfast there We were near the railway station

Nothing to dislike

Comfortable bed and sofabed, very private and secure flat on the last floor, it is just this only flat up on the terrace with lots of room to enjoy privacy and sun, great kitchen with everything one needs to cook, great shower.

We were told in the last moment the sofa can not be used as a bed but can sleep on it as it is although the booking said there is a functional sofabed with a picture of it open. When we got there found the sofa was too short to sleep on not open and there were no bedlinen left out for it although we asked for it a few days before and the host agreed. We were told something was wrong with the sofa and can not be open... But we tried and there was no problem! Asked again for sheets and he said can not help as he was away. The washing machine was full with dirty sheets so we washed a few ourselves. The fridge was not clean, we had to buy dishwasher liquid, etc. So after doing all that we had a perfect stay, the flat us actually good despite all that.

A good sized studio apartment with excellent outdoor space within walking distance of the historic centre of Lecce. Good communication with host.

Terrible Terrible

We stayed one night although we were booked for three nights and then booked somewhere else because it was impossible to stay there. The bathroom was filthy with towels so thin you could see through them. The shower and toilet disgustingly dirty and the owners toiletries and female hygiene products still in the bathroom. The bed was old and the mattress like a student dorm mattress threadbare bedding. The so called fantastic balcony was unusable with an old broken table. It would appear that this property is used as a permanent dwelling by the host whom then moves out when he gets a booking. All the personal belongings were in boxes on top of the cupboard. The ratings are a lie or are fabricated. I attach photos of what it actually looks like. Worst place we ever stayed in.
