Beautiful place, location is good in the old town but not the heart of the action so depends on your preference. Great amenities and a beautiful bathroom

There are cockroaches which is perhaps unavoidable and at least we were used to dealing with them but not great for others

Emplacement parfait, dans la vieille ville mais hors de la foule. Placette charmante, 5 mn de la place du Duomo, 15 mn des gares (bus ou train). Surtout: suite de rêve, hors du temps, dans une ville magnifique.

La Suite Chloé a un énorme défaut: après avoir séjourné ici, on a du mal à repartir, et à retrouver aussi bien ensuite... :-)

The house was more beautiful than we imagined. Every detail was so well designed. The bathroom was brilliant with a huge bath to soothe the aching muscles from a day’s walk. The house is very central and close to all amenities but remained tranquil inside. It was very quiet at night. This and a very comfy bed made for a wonderful night’s sleep. It was very hard to leave after spending four nights there. It felt like home.

We liked everything about the house … we can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Great location. Very comfortable. It was great to have the kitchen and supplies to make coffee in the morning and toast bread. The bathroom was wonderful. There was a lot of space. The bed was great. The only thing I could ask is for more light.

It was a bit dark. That’s all.

Good location, romantic room. It was nice that bathrobes, drinks, and snacks were included. The air conditioner worked fine too

Perhaps because I took a shower during the day, when I filled the bathtub at night, the water wasn't hot.

Furnishings and location

This studio room is beautifully furnished and well located - but do not be fooled. We had 2 nights booked. The door from the street opens directly into the bedroom. There are 2 additional doors onto the pavement from the bathroom and the sitting area of the bedroom. The air conditioning however did not work and there were no windows for alternative ventilation, only the doors. It was hotter and more humid inside the room than out - no fresh air and impossible to sleep. The first night, we thought we were making a mistake with the air conditioning so did not report it. But the second night we realised it was broken. We had to open the doors to get air into the hot and humid room but as the bedroom opens directly onto the street everyone in the street could see us in our bedroom and there was no privacy or security. There were shutters on the outside of the doors. We tried closing these and leaving the inner wooden doors open to give us ventilation, security and privacy. It did not work as the heavy insect mesh on the shutters prevented ventilation. So to get air into the room, both the shutters and the doors had to be open. Of course when we went to sleep, these doors all had to be closed for security. It was impossible to sleep and we had to keep having cold showers throughout the night. We had to choose - security or air. Also, the room had a giant cockroach infestation. Perhaps they crawled in directly from the street, as we occasionally opened doors for air. I don't know. Pictures attached. We told the owner about the air conditioning and cockroaches and asked them to consider a refund. They refused any compensation for our two nights unable to sleep. The point of a bedroom is a place to sleep. No matter how pretty this room, it failed its basic purpose and our money was wasted. The owner is more interested in money than customer satisfaction. AVOID.
