"Good studio on the heat of the town."

The location is perfect, right in the center. Many public parkings on walking distance, which are cheap for overnight stay. The apartments are well maintained and clean.

The ventilator in the bathroom was extremely loud, probably should be replaced. The 4 person apartment is suitable for max 3 persons if you're looking for some sleep comfort (the sofa in the living room is barely usable for 1 and not offering good sleep for 2 adults.

Flat was in wonderful place, near Como lake, in the city centre, so very comfortable. From this flat we saw mountains. Flat cozy, light.

"Nice comfortable stay"

We stayed in the San Martino apartment (there are others) on the third floor of this building. Good instructions for self checkin via WhatsApp. Easy to find. Well equipped and clean. Heating worked well. A cheap friendly bar a few steps away for breakfast. Recommend the Numerosei trattoria around the corner, for a non touristy meal.

It’s very white. It could do with some pictures to make it feel a little more homely. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. It may be shared with other apartments. We setup a hotspot from a phone.
