Appartamento a due passi dal mare

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de l'appartement, les 2 salles de biens, la terrasse et l'aménagement et les accessoires de la cuisine.

Nous avons moins apprécié le règlement de la piscine avec un bonnet de bains obligatoire .... absence de place de parking et il n'est pas tous les jours facile de se garer dans la rue.

El apartamento tiene una bonita terraza exterior y un salón cocina amplio. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque no tienen apenas luz natural pues dan a un pasillo exterior. Decoración agradable en tonos blancos y grises. Cerca de playas y supermercado.

Se oye todo de los vecinos. Al ser adosado y con un apartamento encima había un niño que no paraba de gritar desde muy temprano y parecía que estaba dentro del apartamento. El agua caliente está muy limitada, éramos cuatro y apenas llegaba para cuatro duchas si alguna lavaba melena. No hay artículos de aseo de cortesía ( solo un pequeño sobre de champú y pastilla pequeña de manos en cada lavabo). Convendría renovar la ropa de cama, aunque era de algodón, se veía vieja. El check out era hasta las 10 y cinco minutos antes ya estaban llamando por teléfono y una persona en la puerta esperando nuestra salida para limpiar.

The property was clean and spacious. The terrace at the back was perfect so sit in the morning or evenings. A short 10 minute walk into Palau town. (Uphill on the way back which we didn’t mind but bear in mind) Easy parking the front door. The pool area was very quiet. We didn’t use as we like the beach but it was nice!

Location was great. Can walk to port shopping and beaches. Very clean and comfortable

Very responsive to ask of service

From the pictures it seems like the property is a few meters from the pool or overseeing it. In reality the apartment is probably 25 meters away on a floor below. Also there is external light in the living room / kitchen area from one direction. This makes the apartment dark (at least in Oct) . Bedrooms and bath have no external light. For me that was not clear from photos.

Clean and well serviced apartment. Good location Good air con.

Pool was freezing and didn’t appreciate pool rules such as “silence hour”, having to wear a hat and no beds or parasols allowed round it. So for us made it unusable. Would not be suitable if you were going with young children and wanting to use the pool as no fun was allowed either - balls, inflatables l, noise etc. Beds were not comfortable Also we weren’t told about the tourist tax in advance either. Some random man just came and asked us for 40 euros!

very specious and very clean property, it had everything you’d need.

decor was a little plain, could be better as lacked home feeling.
