La Terrazza sul Mare

Das Haus liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort mit Blick auf die Natur, die Berge und das Meer. Das Haus ist gepflegt und verfügt über alles Notwendige, von Strandtüchern bis hin zu zusätzlichen warmen Decken, was für mich Ende Oktober sehr wichtig war. Trotz des warmen Wetters kann es nachts kühl werden. Die Küche ist ideal zum Kochen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist gastfreundlich und nett. Wir danken Ihnen für die Möglichkeit, eine Woche in Ihrem Haus zu verbringen!

Casa accogliente, dotata di tutto e in posizione favolosa sul mare di Palmi. Caterina è stata eccezionale: ci ha coccolati con prodotti tipic, consigli sul posto i e grandi sorrisi.

From the moment of booking, through communication with the host, to departure, everything was top-notch. The apartment has all the amenities you'd expect from home. Absolutely nothing was missing. The views from the terrace are simply breathtaking. Caterina is very kind host and attentive to all the guests' needs.

Comfy and clean and fantastic view

Caterina is an exceptional host, she is welcoming and very sweet, and available whenever you have a question or need a recommendation. The apartment was recently renovated so everything is new and functions perfectly. It is fully equipped with all you need for a perfect holiday. The location is in the ideal point of being close to the beach but little bit outside the night chaos area. There is close parking space which is a blessing considering how people park in Italy!

Everything was great!

Excellent location, stunning views. Easy 8-minute walk to gorgeous beach. Perfect for jumping in car and visiting coast and inland villages from Scilla north to San Nicola Arcella. Stocked with coffee and a special welcome; Caterina advised several places to get local specialties and eat out. Equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a quiet, restful stay.

I had flat w/out terrace. But it was very large and I really didn’t need more space. However, to have coffee outside in morning and a glass of wine at night, it would be even better if roof access was available to those who stay in this unit.

Apartment is lovely, clean and very well equipped (including sun umbrella, salt or toilet paper). It is situated near very beautiful beach with clean water.
